Eh. Just finished my debate team's pro-affirmative action debate brief: main points, bibliography, counterpoint, and torpedo questions. Well, I didn't do the 3 touchstones, but I figured that my group mates ought to be able to finish that since all of the important information is there. I've spent the last three hours working on it. I've done my math and chem homework due Wednesday. I've practically finished the entire debate brief. I'm done with my English essay due Friday. Somebody give me a break here. I've made more saline syringes than I could ever imagine. I read a ton of Sherlock Holmes yesterday. Isn't it fair to say that I've been productive?
Well, there's the French presentation on Wednesday. I should practice again for that. But I don't want to. I'm tired of working. I'm paranoid about being with a slacker group because of my last debate. Stephanie didn't realize she was on the same team until the night before the debate. Fun, fun, fun. Thankfuly I had done the entire debate brief except for the counterpoints, so I told her to do the opening statement (outlining the basic arguments) and the counterpoints. Alas, she forgot to attach the counterpoints to the debate brief and we never had time to practice, so we didn't do too well. I'm afraid of second semester when I don't have free periods anymore because I'm becoming mildly work-aholic like. Eeek.
