bored again

Been practicing my gay marriage APS debate intro for the last half hour. I'm starting to sound a bit like a documentary narrator. But I know it a lot better now, so the Cookie Monster ought to be happy about that.
Studied a lot for chem. I figured that if I don't know it by now, I never will. I think that I know what I'm doing, which is somewhat reassuring. Sadly I couldn't study over the phone w/ Sophia, which is now sort of a tradition. Ah well.
Been playing over the same three songs for the last hour or so. Once I repeated Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in G major 1st movement 15 times in a row because I love that piece so much. Do you know how long that is? I did it during finals, and I remember I did really well on the finals that I was studying for when listening to Mozart. Maybe the studies are true.
I have a lovely quiz idea for Caitlin's section if she ever needs one. Film scores! Tee hee. I've worked out the difficulty categories and everything. Mwahahahaha.
Alas, I wish I could play the flute. It's such a pretty instrument, and then if I was still in a school band I would get lots and lots of breaks in the pieces that we play. Grr. Why is it that flute players always get the longest breaks? It requires a lot of breath, but I didn't think they needed that much time to replenish the oxygen in their lungs. I'm ok at the piano, and I was ok at the clarinet and the recorder. I feel sorry for my clarinet. It is a very sad and old instrument. Nobody knows whose it really is. A friend gave it to her brother who gave it to his girlfriend who gave it to her sister who gave it to my cousin Marco who never played it and gave it to his sister, my cousin, Elsie, who then gave it to me when she took up the saxaphone. And somehow it got rented a few times, too. I was supposed to return it to Elsie a few years ago but it's still sitting in my room. I'm honestly surprised that it hasn't frozen or melted or anything like that yet.
Whee! I'm going to bed now. It's the earliest I've gone to bed in weeks....and it's only 10:47 according to my computer clock. Oh, joy.
