lazy procrastinator am I

theladyroseSigh. So much stuff to do. I still haven't started the stupid math in-centers review packet. And the quiz is on Monday, and I really should study, and yeah. And of course that's not all. Yesterday I frantically finished my essay for the New York Times magazine contest. I seriously doubt that I'll win, but I'll be so happy if I can even make honorary mention. Really happy. It's a lot better now, and the stupid thing's been rewritten at least 10 times, literally. And the editing. I won't even get into all of the gritty details, just to spare myself.
Working on my "Hills Like White Elephants" short story essay. Bleh. I'm almost done with the 1st draft. I have just my conclusion and a bit of the 3rd supporting paragraph to go. I helped mom set up for tomorrow's ikebana class this afternoon. Tomorrow I'm going to wrap her mom's day present. Tee hee. She'll be mock-mad at me for so long. I'm giving her a John Barry soundtrack, and she absolutely despises John Barry. Dad and I are going to burn a few copies of other John Barry soundtracks and stick them in her car without telling her, so when she turns on her CD player she'll hear it. Mwahahaha. I'm such an evil schemer.
Geez, I need to start my Germinal essay. It's going to be so boring to write. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing though. It's due in about 2 weeks, which is good. It improves things somewhat at least.
I think I'm doing my English speech on being a reporter. I have plenty to say and virtually no research to do. I know my speech anyway without even having to do anything, because I've been doing it so long. Hopefully nobody gets too bored. I've got plenty to say about my love-hate relationship with it ^_^.
I should continue working. Sigh. I really need to stop playing so much Spider Solitaire. I'm even more addicted than I was before. Well, not really, but still. It's definately not good.
