too many sponges, too little tape

theladyroseI have determined as of 10:30 last night that there is no tape in existence that will stick to the rough side of a sponge.
So I came covered in sponges for early Halloween at school today. I was being "self-absorbed." It's not exactly the most gorgeous costume but I liked the idea. It's sort of clever. Unfortunately the stupid sponges are really hard to tape onto my clothes, and I'm pretty sure that just about every single sponge has fallen off at least once. Trying to stick them onto the back of my sweater was probably the hardest part, but thankfully those are really hard to dislodge. Julie helped to reattach the ones around my knees and ankles, because for some reason those fall off like crazy.
Mwahahahahaha. I am amused for reasons which I shall not disclosed. Don't mind me *left eye starts twitching*
