Decided last night that I didn't feel like going to school today. I got literally 12 hours of sleep, the first time in ages. I get about 10 hours on the weekend normally, which isn't bad but this is even better. I've hardly done anything today. It's been wonderful being lazy, reading tons of Agatha Christie short stories in bed. At least I'm done with almost all of my chem homework, though I still need to study for the test on Tuesday. And do my math POD. And research flag burning. I feel bad about skipping rehersal yesterday but I felt really exhausted when I came home around 5 PM, so I figure that I probably wouldn't have been too happy if I came home even later. Eeep. I hope that I'm not in the part of the Crucible that's being performed on Monday, or else I'm really screwed.
Had a flu shot this afternoon. It was a lot better than I thought it would be; it took 1 minute and waiting was about five times longer. Well, it was more like a minute and a half. My left arm felt sore for about 30 seconds. I've never minded shots; it's pulling teeth that I really hate. Last time this happened I had five teeth pulled on Halloween (ah, one must appreciate the irony) and it was really painful. I felt my teeth being pulled; general anaesthetics my ass. I don't know what they used; it definitely wasn't laughing gas or anything, but whatever it was it didn't work. I'm not looking forward to Christmas Eve when I'm having my wisdom teeth pulled. That will probably be very painful.
Should work on math homework. I've been planning to do that for the last hour.
