Tsai Chin,the beautiful and deadly daughter of Fu Manchu in the Chris Lee Fu Manchu films.
As i understand it,Casino Royale is a re-start for the franchise and is the first film in a trilogy starring Daniel Craig as Bond (the second film is already in the works and they want it out next year).
Setting up characters in thsi film they'll use in the next two,sadly we get no Q.
