It's been a hectic few days and I think I'll still be busy up until February break, so if I'm a little slow in responding I do apologize. Learning how to do Flash animation is whipping my brain into a sort of substance that resembles strawberry Jell-O. I managed to make a circle move across the screen tonight with much prompting from Lilly and a crash-and-burn Flash course from Jen. I apologize if the robotics web animation ends up looking really ugly in advance.

We won FOMF! I'm terribly happy for all of the IHL FOMF participants, especially Tess who did an excellent job organizing everything. I was a little uneasy about being transferred to the SF Public Library crew at the last minute and abandoning my usual Green library post, but it was definitely worth it. Pity that we didn't accidentally end up in the Asian Art Museum after all...

For the record: if anyone ever wants to bribe me, (s)he would have optimal effects with either poppyseed muffins or dofu fa (no idea how to anglicize that), the latter being essentially tofu in a sweet broth. I need to figure out how to order this stuff for myself in college with a decent enough pronunciation so that real Chinese speakers don't laugh at me.

I'm still trying to figure out how to upload music to share; preferably I'd not have to use WinZip as I don't have that program on my computer. Any recommendations?

I think you can use You Send It to share music files.... but I dunno if that uses WinZip.

If you don't zip the files, you can upload song by song as regular MP3s on YSI, but of course that's rather time-consuming.

And congrats on your win! Now you've made me hungry for poppyseed muffins... :)

I've been trying to figure out where all of my music winRAR archives are stored, so music uploading should theoretically happen soon *crosses fingers* if I finally figure out how all of this computer stuff works! I'm so sorry about the delay; I do hope you'll like it.
