nocturne in g minor

An intriguing theory:

Someone who I think sort of knows me well brought up the possibility the other day that the reason why I love (over)analyzing film music so much is that I'm afraid of showing my emotions.

The more I think about it, said person has a very good point.

Am I really so emotionally repressed?

You do tend to hide your feelings a lot, dear...I know a lot is going on in your life, yet you never seem to talk about it.

is it awful of me to say yes, even though i don't know you hugely well?

i think we all have a huge well of emotions, and you know, as freud would say, there are a lot of ways to sublimate emotion. i don't care if he was talking about sexual energy; it sublimation is a pretty viable theory for a lot of things.

anyway, i think i am repressed, so i think you are repressed.

I agree with the comments above. What feelings you do show tend to be very... flat. I've never seen your facial expressions during conversation though so I'm not sure just how emotive you really are.
