Well, it was the Beauty and the Beast, but instead this guy was totally disfigured in a car accident. And this girl came over to tutor him, but instead they fell in love. Then, a band of radical communists attacked the rich guy's house and apparently tried to gang-rape the girl (I'm elaborating a bit here), but the rich guy saved them.....

and the girl's father was an inventor who created a machine that could repair the scars on the guy's face.
